Health and Counselling Services
Health and Counselling Services (HCS) is open for in person health services. You can now book a medical appointment through the CHR Connect App or through the CHR Connect Website. If you do not see any appointments available or for other inquiries, please call our office at 613-520-6674 ext. 1.
Health Clinic Services
Carleton offers a multidisciplinary healthcare facility that provides medical services to students, faculty and staff.
Counselling Services
Carleton offers free, short-term counselling for students to support their mental health and wellbeing.
Doctor's Notes
A doctor's note is not necessarily needed for an accommodation or missed examination.
Chargeable Fees
Fees are based on Ontario Medical Association rates as some services are not covered by OHIP, UHIP and/or private insurance.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours cancellation notice, or a fee will be incurred.
