Warming Up to Wellness
Drop-in for a warm and cozy study break with the Wellness Desk on Monday, December 1, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in 252B MacOdrum Library. Decompress with mindfulness activities, fuel up with a warm drink and study snacks and learn about different resources to support your overall wellness. Visitors will also have the opportunity to enter the wellness giveaway! No registration is required.
