Events and Workshops
Mindfulness Meditation Workshop
In this workshop, students will have the opportunity to learn some basic skills of mindfulness and meditation to help manage stress, increase well-being, and approach life with more self-compassion. Skills may include breathing exercises, body scans, guided imagery and more.
