Use the Telus Health Connect website or mobile app to book counselling, medical, nursing and lab appointments, request a FITA intake, complete forms, receive updates and manage your care. You can also use Telus Health Connect to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the required timeframes.

Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment

You can cancel medical, counselling or FITA appointments through the Telus Health Connect website or Telus Health Connect app.

Please review the cancellation and no-show policy if you need to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment.

Additional Information for FITA Appointments

Students must be registered as full time in order to be eligible for FITA during the school year and at least one course during the summer.

From Intention To Action (FITA) does not have the capacity to support students on a repeated basis due to the high demand for mental health services. If you are looking to pursue the FITA program having already completed it, FITA will provide referrals to a provider in the community or access to primary care in the Health Clinic to ensure you have access to mental health care suitable for your needs.

There are a select number of intake appointments per week. We do our best to accommodate as many days and times as possible. If there is no appointment within three weeks that is conducive with your schedule, please email us at fitaction@carleton.ca for further support.
