Pascal has worked in a variety of settings in the Support Services field since 1998, including travelling with and supporting para athletes in different capacities.

Encouraged by the positive attitudes of staff and clients as well as the unique culture of the Attendant Services program, Pascal joined the team in 2008 and was promoted to Team Leader in 2011. Pascal works continuously to make sure the program is running efficiently and safely for all involved. Some of his duties include working one-on-one with clients to complete service requests, scheduling to maintain a safe staffing level, and filling in when needed. Clients are encouraged to stop by at any time to provide feedback or address service issues.
