Dealing with Stress, Anxiety, Depression? Learn practical skills to cope better with mental health challenges. This group will include discussions about self-care and focus on practicing skills that will help you with lowering stress and managing tough emotions. Each session will contain different content, it is recommended to sign up for all or most of the session to get the most benefit.
